After getting in touch I’ll schedule a complimentary consultation for us to meet in person or via Facetime. The purpose of this meeting is to better understand your design needs, both aesthetically and functionally. I recommend anyone involved in the design process to be present at this meeting.

Although I can’t give you an exact price at this stage, I do want to be transparent in setting budget expectations. After our discussion and looking at pictures of your home I will create a complimentary itemized budget worksheet that will detail high and low cost estimates for our project. Most of my clients end up landing somewhere in the middle.

Once all your questions are answered, and you’d like to move forward, I will provide you with a copy of my Letter of Agreement. To secure my services I’ll need your signed LOA and initial retainer payment. The retainer reserves time in my schedule and will be applied to future time billing invoices.

Once that’s sorted we’ll schedule our first official design meeting!

I’ll review all of your inspiration imagery and present you with a document that breaks down color schemes, moods, and themes you’re drawn to. Next step is for me to come to your home to measure the space and catalog existing pieces we’ll be incorporating into the new design.

With all of those pieces I’ll create and present two different design schemes with floor plans and every item the room may need. We’ll work together to make revisions and really nail down your personal style!

I’ll take your selections and begin collecting quotes. I’ll also be scheduling necessary vendors and trades-people who will have to come in person to measure your space.

Afterwards you’ll receive an itemized pricing proposal detailing everything from costs to timelines. We will discuss what you want to prioritize and allocate your budget towards—and cost effective alternatives to other elements. Once you feel confident in your selections you will sign the proposal, submit payment, and I’ll begin ordering.

You’ll have access to a Google Doc that will keep us updated on the progress and tracking of your orders. I’ll coordinate with vendors and white-glove delivery teams for batch deliveries. I’ll be on site for installations, keeping everything running smoothly and adding finishing touches that pull all of the details of your design together! After the installations are complete, you’ll receive a final invoice.
